The Operation Notices of the Mobile Jaw Crusher

Whether the mobile jaw crusher works properly or not is related to the production of the enterprise, in order to ensure the mobile jaw crusher can work properly and efficiently, we must do some work before starting the machine and during the operation,such as check whether each part of the jaw crusher is damaged ,if the lubricants are enough ,whether there are excess stock in the crushing cavity or not,and so on.Now,I will introduce the operation notices of the mobile jaw crusher as follows.

1.Start up
Before starting the machine, you must examine the device thoroughly and check whether there are ores or other debris in the crushing cavity , if there are any ,they should be removed immediately.Check whether all the fastenings are fully tightened or not, such as, if the link bolt is loose, whether the tightness of the V-belts and the spring is appropriate or not, whether the cover of the belt pulley and the flywheel is complete or not,etc.Check the bearing lubrication is good or not, whether there is sufficient grease in the bearing bracket connection.

2.Operation
(1). Feeding evenly. The materials to be crushed should be added evenly into the crushing cavity, and the maximum size of the fed ores should not be greater than 0.85 times of the feed port width. The unilaterally feeding or full feeding should be avoided, so as to avoid the unilaterally overload or withstand overload.If the parking is caused by the material blocking in the crushing cavity ,turn off the power to stop running immediately.After the materials are cleared, can the mobile jaw crusher be started again.

(2).The component wear and the discharging port size. In use, the wear condition of all wearing parts should be checked , if worn seriously, they must be promptly replaced.Moreover,you should adjust the discharge opening size appropriately.First ,loosen the fastened spring, after the adjustment is completed, and then adjust the tension level of the spring and tighten the bolt to prevent...
