2. Application, performance, Characteristic
Thickener applies to the dewatering of concentrate and tailings in ore dressing plant, it is widely used in metallurgical, chemical, coal, non-metallic mineral processing, environmental protection and other industries. A high efficiency thickener is not a simple sedimentating equipment, but a new type dewatering equipment with the characteristic of mud layer filtration.
Thickener is characterized by: (1) Adding flocculant to increase the sedimentation particle size, thus speeding up the settlement speed; (2) Install inclined plate to shorten the settling distance between mineral particles, thus increasing the settlement area; (3) Making full use of mud settlement thick layer of flocculation, filteriS ng, compression and improving processing capacity.
