Plan Kid

Last week, we have a presentation about the research proposal which have give us a lot of useful experience and ideas to improve our group in the future. Right before the presentation, one of the group member accidentally delete the interview video on the presentation day, we have to interview again, it take a lot of time to cross checking our presentation without the interview video, if only we shared the video with all the group members first before getting to work on the presentation. After listened to the presentation of other groups, we realized that we did not works very efficiently together, our presentation still have a lot of problems mostly individual problem. Individual problems that we would not have if we practiced more together before we got to class. Our presentation was not very well connected with each others. It really makes us felt that we did not present the same topic.

As for the work contribution issue, we divided the work equally among group members, as a result everybody have roughly the same amount of works so far. Most of the problems we having so far were due to the lacks of teamwork between group members. So there are some rules that our group need to follow in order to reach the best team performance in the future:
1. Group need more meeting before and after the works, not just meet, share the works and then never meet again during the week.
2. Encourage each other for complete the task on time.
3. Practice together more often so we will know each other strength and weakness in order to support and helping each others.
