How to prolong the service life of biomass fired boiler


Because of the shortage of energy and environmental deterioration caused by the extensive use of fossil fuel,biomass fired boiler has played a more and more important role in the industrial boilers.Therefore,we need to focus on the following aspects of work to ensure its normal operation and prolong its service life:


Biomass fired boiler cleaning


Open the door of burner,remove the rear housing panel,unscrew the screw on the clean mouth of rear boiler,clean the gas pipeline with wire brush and clean the combustion chamber with soft brush to remove the residue in the biomass fired boiler,tighten the screws on the clean mouth,close the burner door,and check whether the seal is complete.


Biomass fired boiler blowdown


We can use the blowdown to exclude the slag at the bottom of biomass fired boiler,the blowdown of small time interval has much better effect,which can prevent the condensation of flue gas.


Biomass fired boiler maintenance


According to the analysis of ZG,the maintenance of biomass fired boiler begins preferably after the end of the heating period rather than at the beginning of the heating period,because the combustion products (especially sulfate) will corrode boiler,so they cannot have too long remaining time in the boiler.

When autumn comes,the weather gets cooler,so the antifreeze protection of biomass fired boiler is need.If the boiler is installed in the areas where temperature is lower than 0 ℃,the following protective measures must be taken:if the boiler is outside,we should drop the indoor temperature to15 ℃or18 ℃,make the boiler run all day,if the boiler room has nobody for a long time,we should empty the water in the boiler.
