• Ribosome: these are tiny organelles which are made of two subunits. However, ribosomes have no membrane around them. Although they are made of RNA as well as proteins in which the proteins are assembled here.
• Nucleus: the nucleus contains a double membrane or envelope with pores in which some substances are able to pass in and out of the nucleus. It houses the genetic material such as DNA of the cell.
• Mitochondrion: the mitochondrion an organelle which consists of spherical shape. It has an internal and external membrane. Also the aerobic respiration is performed here.
• Lysosomes:   these are large spherical shaped organelles which are copied from the Golgi apparatus that contain digestive enzymes. This is essential because keep these enzymes inside the lysosomes prevents any damage as well as breaking down the cell.
• Golgi apparatus: proteins that are made at ribosomes eventually assemble here in order to be modified and packaged in to vesicles or lysosomes.
• Cell membrane: The cell membrane consists of a thin semi-permeable membrane which surrounds the cytoplasm of a cell as it circling its contents. However, the cell membranes main function is in order to protect the integrity of the internal of the cell which enables only certain substances to pass in to the cell while keeping other substances out of the cell.
• Rough endoplasmic reticulum: this is a flattened membrane-bound which is also known as cisternae. It is covered with ribosomes in which the proteins are assembled here. The proteins are able to pass in to the cisterna as they travel to the Golgi apparatus.
• Nuclear envelope: This surrounds the nucleus as it has a double membrane with several pores in which these pores control the passage of macromolecules such as proteins as well as RNA. However it allows a free passage of water, ions, ATP as well as some other small molecules.
• Smooth endoplasmic reticulum:   this part of the cell does not have ribosomes however, steroids as well as...
