TODAYS YOUTH USE-LESS OR USED LESS
Friends do you remember the famous words ‘Give me blood and I will give you freedom’ who had uttered them?
Who had the audacity to address an international forum of different countries as ‘My dear brothers and sisters?’ when the thought of the whole world as a family was nonexistent at that time.
Who had the sheer DARE to announce ‘ Meri Jhansi nahi doongi’
And most recently do you remember the young Capt. Batra who had bravely challenged the enemy on the peak of the world in Kargil saying’ yeh dil mange more’
Friends all these brave souls have a very important thing in common. They were all in the prime of their life; yes the Youth of the country.
Today I am present in front of you to speak on this often debated but important topic on Youth. Are they ‘used – less’ or are they ‘useless’?
Well, personally my opinion is that nothing is use-less in the universe. Even the humble grass has been created by the creator with a purpose and it is only we who either use it or let it wile away.
Ok tell me, who understands and adopts technology immediately at the speed of thought?   In fact who are the creators of mega enterprises in the current business world? You name it and we can see success stories of people barely in their twenties. Microsoft, Apple Technologies, Whatsapp, Google, Yahoo, Flipkart, Amazon and yes FACEBOOK. The list is endless. Imagine where our country shall be if all our youth is energized to achieve their dreams.
So friends why has this very thought even emerged. Why this debate on the youth been ‘used less’ or ‘useless’arrived.
My take on this topic is that today’s   youth is highly underutilized

The problem is our indifferent attitude towards things, situation and politics. The new cool formula of “let the things be, chalta hai“ is proving fatal to the utilization of our youth’s potential.

It’s time the youth, the students have to realize their power, their role, their duties and their responsibility...
