As every drilling operation is different and each rig have its own design and conditions we designed the vertical centrifuge http://www.kosun.us/drilling-waste-management/vertical-centrifuge.html in a way that allow us to easily customize it based on the customers and rigs conditions.

Drying with Vertical Centrifuge:

One of the valuable fluids recovery techniques for the Oil Base Mud (OBM) is Vertical Centrifuge:
1.Reducing liquid on cutting (OCC%) to less than 5%.
2.Minimizing Waste Volume, Waste transportation cost and the chance of spilling while transferring.
3.Retrieving Drilling fluids off the discharged wet cuttings, which reduce the need of building Fresh Mud.

In drilling operations, typical solids control equipment discards 1-4 barrels of liquid for each barrel of solids removed. Studies have shown that the Vertical Centrifuge http://www.kosun.us/drilling-waste-management/vertical-centrifuge.html can recover one bbl. of fluid, for each 2.5 bbl. of solids exiting the Vertical Dryer. This recovery is measured after processing through the solid bowl-decanting centrifuge.

Drying with High G Dryer:

Other second Drying Equipment for both Water & Oil base mud is the High G Dryer http://www.kosun.us/drilling-waste-management/hi-g-dryer.html System:
1.Recovers up to 80% of cuttings, which could be solidified & safely used or disposed off.
2.Achieves 8 to 10 % Oil on Cutting (OCC %).

Most of the competitors are offering a standard package for their customers which in most of the time create further issues at the time of rig up and rig down, that is why we decide to have the main body of the VC and we are customizing the accessories like the Skid and the control panel based on the customers requirement.
