    It has been an excellent success for women to get promoted at work after decades of deprivation. Nowadays, women are no longer suffering the same discrimination they were used to in the last century (centuries). However, as the feminist movement progresses, some barriers appear, and some social problems seem to be related to them. Some argue that women can not mix between work and family and that she can not be successful at both. Yet, women have proved to be successful at both, under certain circumstances, in my point of view. This essay shows how women managed to be successful at both environments of work and home.

The family members help the mother achieving success in a good manner. Success is difficult to achieve alone and it needs support and assistance from others. That’s why a good family will help her achieve the required success. I believe that a person who would be able to achieve success at work, gets promoted and rewarded with high ranks, will be able to choose the right partner for life in a way that does not hinder the career achievement. Indeed, a successful employee (or manager) would be able to make the right decisions at the right time. Marriage and making a family is another decision, and the person capable of making the right decision at the first is able to make another right one in the second.

    Women can be successful at both work and family as the mixing between both is not that difficult task. It is only about organization of responsibilities which grows with the self the more life progresses. Sometimes women who get continuously promoted or rewarded may have routinely organized their day successfully and achieve the balance between their homes and their work premises. We simply can not deprive women of their right to work, thinking that she may not be able to be the same success at her family.
