Science vs. Religion: How were we created?
The idea of creation is one of the most controversial issues we have today. Your age...
on my reasons to life's questions.
Time magazine set up an argument between God vs. religion in the new 2006 November issue. They set up a religious debate...
their trust in charlatan scientists. As a result, many conflicts arise between men of religion and men of science.
Even if a scientist set out to prove...
Is science the true nature of the meaning of life or is religion? That is the major question among scientists and religious leaders alike. While most fact minded people believe that science is the search for truth and only through it will we find the meaning of life, 95% of the rest of the world believe in a superior being that is either the spiritual creater or something supernatural that binds all things in existance.
What I propose is a combination of the two. What if we all have an energy inside of us. Not like a soul, but that same energy that spawned life from the primortial ooze at the begining of the earth. When you die, I believe your energy is released back into the Universe from which it came from. There is no heaven or hell, and it is not simply recreation as another living thing on this Earth, but rather recreation as another living thing in the Universe. Weather it be a tree on a distant planet, a micro-organism floating around in a dormant stage on an asteroid, or something bigger. Maybe another being, or bigger yet; a planet, a star, the life energy of a nebula of a star begining its life. If you believe that energy can neither be created or destroyed, than this is completely plausible. Your energy is completing its circle that it started some 4.5 billion year ago, and it will continue to feed the energy of countless other life forces throughout the Universe.
