There are about 64,000 people using the KTMB service daily. The reason why KTMB become the important transportation service of course it brings the benefit for the users. First factor why people choose to using the KTMB service because it can reduce the traffic congestion in the city especially during the peak hours such as the time in the morning everyone is rushing to go to working place and evening when everyone is rushing to going back home after finish their busy day. Next, by using the KTMB service can help users to save time and also save the transportation cost.
