Besides majoring in one subject and seeking jobs in the corresponding field, to be a musician or an athlet seems a significant selection for the combination of interests and career. However,in most cases, being a music player or sportsman renowed to the public is more than demanding. Therefore, some parents regard natural talents as the only ticket to sucess, while othersare still convinced that reaching this goal is not impossible by narture.

It's true that the gifts we born with are the indispensible parts of our lives,e.g.the sense of   rythm as well as physical strength are enssential to musicians and athlets respectly. these children have much higher posibility to succeed. But it's quite a dilemma for parents to explore the talents on their children ,if they explosed in early time ,they may be reluctant to commit energy and time in the areas, with the satisfiction of the level they already got.on the other hand,if parents or teachers delay to guide them, these talents may fade away.

Learning to be a specialist in the fields lke music sports etc ,according to some people, is another way to succeed,Sufficient evidence has found to domenstrate the possibility for the normal tobe eminent in one paticular area, for example,as   showned on TV programs, an basketball player with 1.71 meters tall devoted himself to become a superstar.   however, in the fields such as music,in which the skill is not the only demand, talents are likely to be the upperlimit and it's to hard to break even by hard working.

In my opinon, though sounds negative,in some paticular area, efforts can compensate but can never reach the peak as those geniuses, to them, the talents they have should be led to a right way.
