These days,it seems that more women are getting positions in company than ever before.Yet,there remains some disagreement as to whether the overall effect of this phenomenon has been positive or negative. While there are certainly valid argument to the contrary,I personally believe that the benefits of having a job far outweight its drawbacks to women.

Firt of all,it is an indisputable fact that female can do better than male in certain kind of occupations, such as nursing.Even though, men are stronger than women in terms of carrying patient,I would be hard-pressed to imagine that there is no female to take care of old person and pregnant woman. As we know, men could not be patient all the time.It is,therefore, significant that a hospital should have enough numbers of female nurses and doctors.

Equally importantly, women play a key role in domestic work and taking care of childrens;Nonetheless, the work right requires equal treatment for all, regardless of sex.As a matter of fact,a large number of women not only do household chores but go to work in days as well. That is to say, being an office lady may not conflict with being a house wife. Moreover, women who have a job is likely to reduce the living pressure of her husband because they live a stressful life in industrial countries.

By way of conclusion,I once again reaffirm that it had a positive impact to let women go to work because it brings more positives than negatives.
