“I   have   a   Dream” ( I Have a Dream Speech - The U.S. Constitution Online ) was one of the most famous speeches addressed by Martin Luther King, Jr. which affected the civil rights movement. Martin Luther King, Jr. was one of the well-known civil rights leaders. He entered the civil rights movement through Montgomery Bus-Boycott. After the Montgomery Bus-Boycott Martin Luther King, Jr. made a lot of speeches from what some of them then became really famous. Another of Some other famous speeches of Martin Luther King, Jr. were ‘I have been to the Mountain Top’ which affected the civil rights movement. Martin Luther King, Jr. also gave some impactful speeches such as ‘How long? Not long?’ , ‘A knock down at Midwest’. Martin Luther King, Jr. also affected the nation by his letter from Birmingham jail. Out of all the speeches that Martin Luther King, Jr. had addressed ‘I have a Dream’ speech is considered the most famous and the most affected speech.
I have a Dream had a great affect on the civil rights movement. I have a dream speech also changed the views of the people towards civil rights. It made different people think about the rights for African American. It also attracted the whites towards the rights of African American. I have a dream was addressed on August 28th, 1963. I have a dream speech was given in Detroit, MI when he marched down Woodward Avenue.
