Film review of Casino Royale
Running time: 144 minutes Starring: Daniel Craig, Judi Dench, Mads Mikkelsen, Eva Green, Jeffrey Wright, Giancarlo Giannini, Caterina Morino, Simon Akbarian
James bond is in top form with casino royal, an excellent performance from the star of the show David Craig the new James Bond. The director Martin Campbell has changed the storylines a lot compared to the other films to show a new and courageous character, but of course there was always the villain of the film which was Le Chiffre (Mads Mickkelsen).   Throughout this thriller there are many exciting events that make you want to jump out of your seat these include when le chiffe tortures him very agonizingly but James Bond just laughs at him this shows a very powerful and strong side to James Bond. The story is generally about James bong being a hero you can see this in the plot which is James Bond must stop Le Chiffre, a banker to the world's terrorist organizations, from winning a high-stakes poker tournament at Casino Royale in Montenegro.                                                                                                                     .... There have been many changes in the films from the first episode right down to the twenty first. A significant change has been made this is how woman have been treated and how James Bond treats them in particular and the jobs they had. This is very interesting because the reason for this change is that woman have been treated very differently over a period of time, during 1953 when the first film was released   woman were classed very low in society but right up
until 2006 a lot has changed. There is a noticeable change which was how 007s boss changed for a male to a female (Judi Dench). She is a very outspoken and shows her power she has got very frequently you can she that James Bond respects her so this shows how woman are equal to men. So in some ways the film is trying to achieve respect for woman...
