I Have Always Dreamed ...

I have always dreamed of having ‘’bed and breakfast’’ business or small chain of coffee shop’s just like you can find in London. I used to work in one called “L’amandine” in Richmond. The place where you can drink good coffee and eat fresh sandwiches and self-made cakes. Well , it’s not easy to run business like this because to satisfy each customer is a big challenge. Most people are difficult, I know it out of experience.
Then I came to an idea of renting flats or apartments to other people. That’s easiest way to make money and doing actually nothing. Once you renovate the place your job is done..
I would invest money into   buying two or three apartments   in Antwerp and one small house with a swimming pool in Empuriabrava in Spain.
Antwerp is a good place for investing money and prices of renting a flat of 2 bedroom flat is around 600 EUR a month. You only need to draw up a good contract and make sure that your tenants deposit a two month of warranty to make sure won’t be in troubles if people doesn’t pay the rent or destroy the property.
The same with Spain. You would say there business   is   good for only 2-3 months during the holiday season but most   time of the year the weather is good so even summer is over,   people are still coming to Spain. They can rest there or visit a great places also in the winter.
Empuriabrava is small city on the Mediterranean coast, on the Costa Brava,   only 150 km from Barcelona. The area has a great cultural offer forming the interior of the Costa Brava. The visitor will find various museums along the coast, the most famous   it’s probably the Dali Museum in Figures near Llanca. A large number of   Roman excavations in Empuries by La Escala and last but not least, the enormously wide range of cultural offerings in Gerona and Barcelona, will also suprise you . Whether you like diving, sailing, waterskiing, there on the Costa Brava they will find everything.
