It was the longest and darkest night of my life, lights were flickering everywhere around me It looked like the devil had touched the night as there were no souls around apart from me.

As I was getting nearer house number 10 the sound of footsteps behind assured me that I was next. The footsteps were getting louder and louder it was like a never ending clock ticking faster and faster by the second. I was trembling with fear my heart was thumping violently in my chest making me wonder was my life coming to an end? I could just smell what was bound to happen. I wanted to vanish and make it all go away but it was impossible.

Squeezing my petrified eyes tightly shut, I sluggishly turned around deciding to face the approaching terror and there it was, the waiting Jeep with two military officers on each side. “come on lets get him” one of them shouted. They all ran towards me beating me till they were confident I was out of shape and weak enough so I wont be able to fight back. They picked me up carelessly and aggressively and chucked me into the jeep slamming the door behind me with a frightful bang! Echoing in my ear.

After a short while the Jeep had screeched to a halt. They had dragged me out with a blindfold around my eyes. I was as blind as a bat.
‘Go up the stairs now,’ one of them yelled.‘ where am I going?’ I asked. ‘ it’s the house off.….’ ‘don’t answer him you coward!’ One of them interrupted angrily. I took an uneasy step up the stairs and entered what I thought was the corridor. They took of the blindfold from my eyes and pushed me into a dismal room locking the door behind me. My palms were sweating I could hear the wind whisper lonely sounds through the rusty windows, The floor kept on creaking making me jump nervously.

There had been a heavy silence, Time had passed not sure how long but it felt forever being in this dark room. BAM!   The door opened and a soft light beamed across the room. He came in furiously looking at me with his huge...
