I don’t agree with abortion except under certain circumstances. I am of the idea that if you were sexually abused or the baby has some kind of abnormality or syndrome it’s the best thing to do. In my opinion this can be explained by looking at it by a moral, medical, and social perspective:
The moral can also be a religious factor or family as well. Some religious people think it’s a sin to have an abortion but what is it to them? It’s not their decision right? People need to be more understanding of “why” that person is having an abortion. Also family plays a big role on making a decision because it depends on how you were brought up and different families have different views upon this subject. Family can affect your decision depending on their religious views and either drive you to have the kid or have an abortion.
With regard to social factors, issues such as the family’s financial welfare and the kids’ future need to be considered. The mothers’ decision to have the child in poverty or without a spouse can affect a kids’ upbringing. In terms of the kids’ education, the environment that they are raised in have a lot to do with who they will become. If the parents have enough money to give them a better education and be successful in their lives or it they will become bums and drop out of school and start selling drugs as a last resource of income. I’m not all that persuaded by this argument but at the same time, I do agree that we should give them a chance in life and not just steal it from them. Also, teenage girls and parents make the mistake of not being well informed or informing their kids about the many ways you can protect yourself to avoid a pregnancy or an STD; Parents should participate more in their kids’ lives to avoid any pregnancy or abortion.
Now on the medical point of view, abortion is an extremely dangerous procedure. There have been cases where the patients have bled to death and/or have many complications during the procedure.… Why do...
