‘I Have a Dream’, speech analysis of delivery
In the speech ‘I have a dream’ that was delivered by Martin Luther King I think that during the delivery of the speech he used a lot of delivery techniques.
I think during the delivery of this speech Martin Luther King used a lot of Body Language. During delivering the speech, I saw that he had used a lot of eye contact. Eye contact is useful because it makes the audience feel involved. Personally I think that without eye contact, it looks like the speaker is not confident.
Like in most effective deliveries of speeches, in this one Martin Luther King had a loud and clear voice. He used a loud and clear voice throughout the delivery of the speech. Loud and clear voices helps keep the audience attentive and helps the message get through to the audience.   I personally think that without a loud and clear voice, you can’t really get the audience’s attention.
Gestures are very important in speeches. I think that gestures are very important in speeches because of gestures make the speaker look more confident and involved, and so audience will also feel that the speaker is confident and so they will listen. In this speech I thought that MLK used a lot of gestures while giving the speech.
  I think that in this speech King stood tall and confident. I think standing tall and confident is very important in all speeches because it makes the audience fell confident about the speaker, the audience will listen to the speaker better.
In all speeches pausing is very important. In this speech Martin Luther King had paused during after the important parts. This gives the audience some time to think about what the speaker had just said and makes the impact better. Personally I think this is very important during all kind of speeches.
In conclusion I can say that while delivering this speech Martin Luther King had used many body language techniques to deliver this speech effectively, and it has made a mission because America...
