In the article “Oklahmoa Shariah law ban blocked” muslims that have practiced their religion of muslim have been having conflicts with the laws that are placed within America. Therefore there have been quite a bit of tension in determining whether or not this Shariah law is protected by the first amendment in the Constitution. However, the practices including polygamy are against American laws and thus many non-Muslims have stated that this practice should stop. This amendment states to forbid state judges from considering Islamic or International law in their decisions. There are several different coinciding aspects including the input, decision makers, and the output. These three aspects work cohesively to create and formulate the output which is the resultant. One of the major inputs is Christian conservatives who have stated that the amendment is needed to maintain radical muslims who impose the Shariah law in the United States. This is to say that the states should not refer to other countries when dealing with cases of religious practices. After the input of the Christian conservatives, we have the decision-maker who is Judge Vicki Miles- LaGrange, state judge for Oklahoma. She has     stated that if this amendment is not passed this will basically say that the state favors one religion over the other and is said to be against the first amendment where a religion is to become the primary religion within a state. She has also stated that the language of the amendment is towards singling out Shariah law rather than towards any other religion. The output or resultant of her actions was a preliminary injunction which just means that she has stopped the amendment from being approved pending investigation. Another input is by Mr. Muneer Awad who is an executive director of the Oklahoma chapter of the council on American-Islamic Relations, he has sued to block the amendment, his argument is based on the fact that the state is condemning...
