Class conflict is the idea that society is divided into two groups based on their economic interests.   Some examples of class conflict include aristocrat and commoner, lord and serf, guild-master and journeyman, and freeman and slave. According to the Manifesto, the state has played a major role in class conflict because the state has always been controlled by the bourgeoisie.   The bourgeoisie has claimed the executive power of the state and has used it to manage the common affairs on behalf of the bourgeoisie. Under capitalism the condition of the working class has been said as laborers live to find work and only find work if their labor is needed to make more money.   They sell their bodies to the market and are used and exploited by the bourgeoisie in many different ways.   As soon as they receive wages, landowners collect the wages for their house and the workers go back to working. Capitalism is doomed to fail because as the proletariat gain more numbers and collisions between the two classes become more frequent, the proletariat find unity in strength in each other and banned together to stop the oppression of the bourgeoisie.   They form trade unions to help them get better wages and better working conditions.   They even go as far as making a political party who will stand up for their rights and help fight back against the bourgeoisie. The meaning of this statement is that the decisions of one age are made solely by the class in power.   I agree with this statement because throughout history the ruling class has always been the decision makers and make these decisions without consulting the other class.   They rule and make decisions that will benefit them and do not worry about how it will affect the other classes.   An example of this, is the pharaohs of Egypt; they made magnificent pyramids and tombs for themselves they did not worry about the slaves making the pyramids.   Another example is a feudal lord and the serfs, the lord...
