President George Washington is located on the front of the one dollar bill. The Great Seal of the United States is located on the reverse side. The Great Seal Of the United States is so important because it is used to authenticate ,certify or prove, documents issued by the United States Government.





President George Washington was born on
February 22,1732.Before he became the first President of the United States ,he was the Commander in Chief of the Continental Army in the Revolutionary War. He was elected twice for President, and he held office from 1789 to 1797.
George Washington was a great President and set many good examples for people to follow. He was named the "Father of his Country" and many people respected him for his great knowledge, honesty, and loyalty.
I think that he should continue to stay on our Money. I feel this way because he was on of the best presidents(in my opinion). He set many precedents that we still go by today. I think he deserves to be on our money, and we deserve to have him on our money.
President Thomas Jefferson is located on the front of the two dollar bill. On the reverse side is the signing of the Declaration of Independence. This event is extremely important because it changed our future. It made us the independent country that we are today. This bill is one of the most rarely seen bills in the United States. The cause of this is it is not frequently produced like most United States Money.





Thomas Jefferson was born on April 13, 1743. In addition to being the third President of the United States, he wrote the Declaration of Independence in 1776. He was one of the most important founding fathers of our country. Thomas Jefferson has achieved many things such as: writing the Virginia Statute for Religious Freedom and founding and leading the Democratic-Republican Party.
