PHYSICAL EDUCATION

Well physical education is a systematic instruction in sports, exercises, and hygiene given as part of a school or college program. Physical education is an exercise that will keep you looking good and maintain a good body but it could some times be a hard thing to do. Physical education should just be some sport that interests you in a way that inspires you to keep on doing it. So if you just get out 3-4 hours a day you just might be the next strongest man or women in the world. Physical education can do a lot to a person in just weeks. So physical education is a big deal, when people say it really doesn’t matter about physical education because I get out walking everyday. Really doing just that is a really slow time to burn fat. That is why you need a sport or a hobby that you enjoy doing and burning fat. Lying around your house playing video games is ok as long as you get out of the house for about 2 hours daily. If you never go outside how can you expect to do anything, like college how are you going to be accepted in a school if your talent is just to say home, play video games, and to eat junk food. Also eating healthy is the key thing being a strong person. All the things you need are just great sleep, healthy food, and a great exercise. So physical education is a great fitness plan you got to stick with it no matter what the hard times are. You cant slack off do it because if you do you can get into some serious problems also if you just do 12 push ups and some weights for about 2 minutes that is not considered to be a physical exercise. One of the main reason people like physical education is that they will feel pound of there self’s on what they have achieved.
