Affect on Self Concept: The brand DC is a big deal to me because they have always had really good shoes at a great price. My favorite pair are my white DC loafers that are extremely comfortable. The shoe affects my self concept by they go good with any look and are like I said really comfortable.

i) Packaging or labeling:In-store shown on shelf when you buy it is in a box with designs and brand name stuff.
(1)Recomendation1: Better labeling of shoe size and different items in the shoe.
(2) Recommendation 2: More promo stuff in the box.. Stickers...etc.
ii) Recommendations to improve
(1) Explanation: I would change the labeling of the shoe size because you can never tell what the shoe size is when you just look at the box it is never labels correctly compared to the shoe's actually size. Also I would put more promo stuff in the box because people would put for an example stickers on things and people would see that and buy items from that particular brand in this case DC Shoes.
