Urdu Speaking Community: Called as "The Muhajirs"

I Do Not Mean To Offend Anyone BUT....!!!
Theres One Thing I Don't Understand And That Is: Why Does We Urdu Speaking Community Still Call Over-selves "THE MUHAJIRS"

YES, I Know Our Parents Migrated From India At The Time Of Partition But They Weren't The ONLY Ones To Do So.
They Came To Pakistan By Their Own Sweet Will. 

Nobody Forced Anybody To Migrate To Pakistan.

The First Generation To Come May Be Given The Leverage To Label Themselves As "Muhajirs" But Now Mashallah  So Many Generations Have Passed And Our Community Is Still Differing Ourself From The Rest Of The Population By Labeling Over-selves In This Way.

Its As If The Jews Of Today Would Still Consider Themselves Victims Of The "Holocaust" Which Would Seem Pathetic.

Times Have Changed And Things Have Moved On.

The Urdu Speaking Community Should Shake Out Of This Separating Tactic And Consider Themselves The Same As Any Other Pakistani.

Everybody Must Stop That Differentiation. They Are As Much Pakistanis As Anybody Else. By The Way There Are Also A Lot Of “Muhajir” People In Punjab, But They Are Never Labelled Like That.

There Should Be No Difference, We All Are Same And Equal, This Is What MQM ( Muttahida Qoumi Movement ) Is Fighting For.

I Do Not Mean To Offend Anyone,Nor Am I Manipulating A Non-issue. This Is Very Much An "ISSUE". 
The Definition Of A MUHAJIR According TO Synthetic Is:"WE All Seem To Know What A "Muhajir" Is i.e. Ones Who Came From India....."
Well Thats Right.

The Ones That Came From India To Pakistan...So That Would Mean The Forefathers Of The Urdu Speaking Population Today.RIGHT? 

So Why Does The Modern Urdu Speakings Of Today Also Label Themselves As "MUHAJIRS”? We Were Born In A Modern Time Way After The Sufferings Of Partition.

I Know People Who Are Barely 20 Years Calling Themselves "MUHAJIRS"... What Ignorance!

In That Way Everyone Could Claim To Be A "MUHAJIR" If Any Of Their Relatives Originate From The Indian Side... Is It Not?...
