SUBJECT: Additional opportunities

In order to address your recent inquiries into ideas to increase revenue, I would like you permission to seriously explore how to better utilize our catering trucks and staff.

First, I would like to see what availability we have among our existing employee base that would be interested in exploring opportunities outside of our current business meeting catering service. I will schedule individual meetings to discuss the current situations of our current staff and see what staff is interested in expanding their current roles with our company.   Depending on how many of our employees are looking to pick up extra hours to earn income in addition to what they are currently doing.

Second, I think we need to explore what our available employment candidate base would be. We would be able to explore options with a hiring service in addition to our regular referrals from Le Cordon Bleu Academy since these have been our most successful and economically advantageous to us in the past. I will contact Mary in their referral department to see what availability numbers and experience we are looking at.

Third, I would like your permission to explore marketing costs associated with a large marketing campaign centered on a new service offering in addition to our current service menu. This will give us the insight into the cost that would be associated with going above our current client base.

With the huge investment that we made into our catering trucks last year, we have been able to see the immense increase in the quality of the food and service that we have been able to bring to each business meeting we have catered.
