I HAVE RECENTLY READ AN ARTICLE ‘DISAPPOINTED’ (THE DAILY NEWS OF 16 APRIL 2011) THAT HAS ROUSED MY ATTENTION AND RENDERED ME SPEECHLESS.
Africa is one of the most diverse and enchanting continents in the world where ancient forests, rivers, wetlands, dunes, stretches of beach, lakes, mountain scenery and indigenous fynbos all merge to form a landscape of restorative beauty. This is a strip of land like no other in the world.
You can enjoy sea-kayaking, game viewing, bushman rock art, guided tours, 4x4 trails, quad bikes, golfing, white water rafting, and even cage diving with Great White Sharks or take the cable car to visit famous landmarks and enjoy the magnificent views from the summit and nestled at the foot of the mountains are numerous fine hotels and holiday resorts. Fishing, hiking, mountain climbing and horse riding are just a few of the leisure options.
Among the main attractions of Africa are the diverse and picturesque culture, the game reserves and the highly regarded wines. Africa produces some of the world's best wines. Hot air ballooning is a popular activity and allows the tourist to float over the wine lands in the crisp morning air and sip wine in tranquility. This is a popular tourist destination.
The many cities of Africa are culturally diverse. There are lots of established festivals and events throughout the year to keep the town buzzing. The beaches offer year-round warm water and a promenade stretches along the waterfront and is home to numerous restaurants, pubs, hotels and amusement parks. The stretch of golden sand, tidal pools and crashing waves makes it a hotspot for vacations.
Africa is a region of great natural beauty, and creates a paradise graced with evergreen forests, lakes, golden beaches and exquisite fauna and flora and I strongly believe that many foreigners are attracted to this beauty and exotic combinations...
