1. Right now I feel that on a scale from 1-10 I am a 6.
2. I feel that I have improved on this goal, because I have learned new ways and places to hit the ball such as learning how to hit H.E.B shots. I also think that by playing back row I can help the hitters in the front row find spots to hit to, because I have a different viewpoint of seeing the entire court and the block. I have been calling out to Shelby and Steph on where to swing, but I definitely think I could do it more often as in all the time and not some of the time.
3. I am deciding to reset this goal from a 7 to an 8, so that I will work on always talking to the front row hitters all the time and constantly thinking about the best speed and place to hit the ball.
Goal #2: Back row Goal
1. Right now I feel that on a scale from 1-10 I am a 7.
2. I feel that I have improved on this goal, because I realized that I need to constantly stay low and that I need to keep my weight forward. This has helped me become faster at getting to my position and getting in a good location behind the ball. However I think I can get to my correct position more quickly and consistently.
3. I am going to also reset this goal from a 7 to an 8.
Goal #3: Overall Attitude Goal
1. Right now I feel that on a scale from 1-10 I am a 8.
2. I feel that I have improved on this goal, because I have been a positive teammate to everyone and I have treated everyone the right way. I think the biggest reason that I achieved this goal was that we are a close team and we don’t get into arguments or fight. Since our team is close, I think we perform better than we would otherwise. However I still think that I can improve my leadership qualities.
3. I am going to reset this goal from an 8 to a 9.
