Project Management and Project Owning

Responsible for delivering to the expectations of project manager and project owner throughout the course of project. The expectations may range from managing a deliverable to managing a workstream

• Lead analysis, design and development of assigned deliverables and then continue to manage and/or support implementation of the same.

• Own specific project deliverables, as outlined in the charter and/or workplan; responsible to plan, lead, design, develop the assigned deliverables.

• Build quality into project results by bringing strong analytical discipline into the team.

• Provide timely status reports or project status reports as necessary.

• Complete a post project review for every project assigned to you to review performance.

• Support Program management office with status reporting, knowledge management and other required infrastructure support
