      Today   teaching   is   a   very   hard   task to keep the classroom sane and teachers are always complaining about lazy and naughty pupils. All teachers have to improve the methods of   training   in order to inspire student and encourage them to increase the productivity of educational system.
      Learning process is a complex system of education and it needs a power relationship between the learner and the teacher .indeed The condition and environment of education has a very important role in productivity of learning. The interest of pupils can motivate them to learn and study more.almost That problem is how to find   that lovable teachers who you or students are interested in them. Teacher is someone who encourages you and makes you capable enough to face all the odds of life. Pubils also have   to pay regards to their lovable teachers.
    Researches shows that parents are just choosing the interesting   teacher who have ability to motivate students and perssude them to study and practice. In the past, teachers had the complete authority to handle the class. Most of them made a stressful and treatable atmosphere and they punish pupils badly if they didn’t study well. Nowadays students have a more rights to be respected by teachers , in the other hand, they certify how to be trained by teachers. the   previous method of teachers are out of work and teachers have to get along with student and act in the desirable way.
    This new method is applicable for all of students in every class with every subject. For example I had a private English class which our teacher behave in the way that I don’t like it and after a while I couldn’t continue my class and I didn’t take apart on that class anymore. but in my idea all teachers are honorables person and should be respected by all students. This is why a special day, known as Teacher's Day, is dedicated to teachers.
