Mind Set for Improvement in Banking Service

CHANGE OF MIND SET AND ATTITUDE IS THE NEED OF THE DAY TO ENABLE SBI TO BECOME THE NUMBER ONE BANK IN EVERY RESPECT.

SBI having customer base of such a high that compare to the population of few small countries in the world. SBI with largest number of branches and ATM are in India. As SBI is number one in many aspects in India, apart from this many more uncounted achievements of SBI is   known to us during UDAAN session of SBI, We are made conversant with all data which shows that SBI is No:1 in many terms. But here is comes next point how can we maintain our No:1 position in coming years. With large customer base reaching to all corners of the India and many counties in world with variety of products as per customers need. Apart from these data more and more banks are expanding there customer base with new products and customer services as well more and more banks are coming to India. We can’t keep watching, we need to check our selves to face challenges.   One thing is sure that it is very easy to retain our old customer then to search for new customer. In other way cost of maintaining old customer is very less then searching for new customer. Then why can’t we go for first one? If we want to retain number one position we must find out ways that customer is being treated respectfully with their satisfaction level. These only possible with team efforts, from top to bottom level all at SBI need to think over it and act over it. As per my view if officers are BRAIN (think tank) of SBI then award staff is BACK BONE of SBI. One can’t stay up right without back bone. So all are playing very important role in SBI then all must act to gather and participate effectively to maintain our No:1 position .
