how we see the cure or prevention part of public health finance?

The way today we see the civilian health issue has been quite influenced by the public views from all sides. We now realize more than ever before the importance of advocating a healthier lifestyle to gain a better physical condition, especially when limitation has fallen on the governmental budgets in this realm. In conflicts the debate concerning the relative importance of ‘cure or prevent’ in the mass medical systems arouses, it seems that ‘prevent is better than cure’ has gained obviously upper hand. But the truth is, we are so far unable to decide whether the quality of our civil physical well-being can under no suspicious be ensured by any one of the two.

Research has highlighted how significant the preventing initiatives, like publicizing of the common notes/sense of avoiding infection and contagious diseases, would contribute to less chance from getting pandemic in a certain area. But if these methods before diseases breakthroughs would still be at work when the conditions worsen may still rely on how effectively the hospital and curing teams can control and converse the ills into recovery. It seems that sometimes the cure facilities and diagnosing places are so in need and necessary that the public support have to keep enhancing and horning such cure abilities of the society, thus making government put more in it.

My own opinion is that the relative importance of cure or prevent is not the point. Instead, it is the education and vaccine combining with the strong and effective medicine and operation team from the hospital that presents the right and perfect solution to all kinds of public hygiene problems. It would be the interaction and cooperation of two that ensures the safety and liveliness of we inhabitants in front of many dangerous viruses and illnesses. If this were not true, then there would be few hospitals and curing places, in which condition those who are already ill and...
