Motivation:
“Motivation can be defined as a concept used to describe the factors within an individual which arouse, maintain and channel behavior towards a goal” In our daily life we meet lot of people and they all can motivate us, some can high and some can low but we can motivate with them. People can be motivated by such forces as beliefs, values, interests, fear, and worthy causes. I have set many goals in my life for myself, and have put my best effort forth to try to achieve these goals. When I am in College I have dream to get admission in one of the good university of Pakistan, so this dream of my life motivate me to do work hard and get good marks to get admission in good university. A person needs to achieve certain goals in one’s life before you can call them successful. Success is to achieve goals, you have set. Same case for me after getting admission in university, I can’t satisfied because I want some different in my life; I think and think and then I decide to start my business after my Bachelor , but Business want money. You think what is different in my thought every second person in this world think to do business but I want to do my business in my own money that’s my motivation and because of this I need a good job first and they after collecting enough money I start my carrier in business. Actually my motivation toward business is because I realize that I have ability of communication and have a interest of. It is very much important for me to receive a good education because most job fields require a descent education. And if I can’t get good education I would not be able to functional properly and would not understand what to do. Education is the first and foremost way to become successful. I am basically a Computer Science student but my motivation is toward the Business because of my uncle.
