  1. The manager (team leader) has responsible for arranging enough three cans in each machine or line
    ✓ Yellow cans: containing the scrap
    ✓ Green cans: containing the daily garbage
    ✓ Red cans: containing the hazardous waste
  Every can must be label – hazardous waste, the name of production line, department and waste composition.

  2. The hazardous waste has been gathered at the hazardous waste according to regulation as below:
    ✓ The gloves and cloth: putting on the gloves area and electricity equipment, chemical, battery also.
    ✓ Waste oil:
    • Before storing hazardous waste must be properly labeled (taken at ISO HSE
    • Waste oils containing no more than 2/3 drum
    • Drum must have lid or the PE tape tightly to prevent spillage into the environment
  With empty drum must have label (taken at ISO HSE) and put into the area of empty drum in hazardous waste storage.

  3. The HR Dept support security   to control electricity, water in factory with responsibility:
    ✓ Turning off all the high pressure lamp in the factory (for about 6h30 every day and depend on natural light on the production line)
    ✓   Checking the daily water pipe, water valve everywhere. When they detect water pipe or water valve broken, they have to contact with Maintenance Dept (by repairing form receives in ISO HSE) to prepare it immediately.

  ISO HSE Dept has responsible for checking all this matter and make the weekly report to Mr. Ha.

  This decision comes into effective from 17/10/2011
