The Broadway Café

Summary

I have recently inherited my grandfather’s coffee shop which is located in downtown Greenville North Carolina between the Tipsy Teapot and Coffee Creamery. Our cafe offers many different kinds of specialized coffees, teas, a full service bakery, and homemade sandwiches, soups, and salads. This shop was opened in 1952 and it quickly became the place to be. Over the past five years business has declined. Now it is my job to bring my grandfather outdated system and traditional system to the new day to make it easier to maintain.

The next step would be for us to come up with a menu that will allow our customers to find their favorite drinks and edible goods. We will also gain smart ideas from places like Wal-Mart that allows customers to sample bake good and small coffees. We will also begin to offer coupons for customers that have flashy pictures of our products.
