Brief Introduction:

To strengthen and support community for the benefit of poor and disadvantaged sections of society for sustainable development through a participatory approach.
Pakistan is one of the Muslim world’s largest and biggest populated state. About 170 million Muslims are living in Pakistan and one third of the population is children. There are hundreds of organizations working in the country for the welfare of children but in most cases their approach is not rational to address their (Children’s) grievances. Keeping this in view, Mr. Mansoor Kayani (Chairman) Mr. Abdullah (Director Religious Affairs) Mrs. Rakhshanda Hashmi (Director Human Resource) and Mr. Abu Bakar Qasmi (Coordinating Officer) decided to establish such an organization to work pragmatically for the uplift of children. Nusrat Jan is the mother of Mr. Mansoor Kayani and the Trust was assigned to her name as a dedication. Nusrat Jan Trust is committed to work with zeal, sincerity, devotion and love to address the problems of poor children and to utilize the strength of these children for their own benefit as well as for the better future of Pakistan. Nusrat Jan Trust welcomes and appreciates cooperation from civil society and government sector.
NJT Flood Relief Activities:
Nusrat Jan Trust (NJT) initiated Flood Relief activities from the day one of flood. NJT has distributed Food, Medicines, Blankets and Kitchen accessories to different parts of the flood hit areas.
