I believe that knowledge gained from experience is more important than knowledge gained from books.

In my opinion the most important thing between these two would be the knowledge gained from experience. Knowledge gained on your experience is based on how different your situations are in life. Mt best example is when a infant gets burned. If it hurt I am sure he or she will not try and touch the flame again. Because the infant knows from experience that the fire hurt and the experience will be in their head that it did hurt.
Having experience can be a everyday situation in everyday life. For example a child learning how to ride a bike for the first time. She or he learns by experiencing. You can read how to ride a bike in a book but you will never know how it feels with out really experiencing it.
This is the better example that knowledge gained from experience is a very important source. When you are baking a cake the experience you have will make the cake better than when reading a boo about making cakes. Just reading the book will not make your cake taste any better but by experiencing will.

I strongly believe that the most important lessons in life are learned through experience like the infant getting burned and the little child riding the bike for the first time. These are the things that we would not understand until we get to experience them.

All theses many things that are learned not just by reading them in books but by experiencing them in everyday life.
