Basalt Crushing and Screening Equipment Process Design

Basalt, diabase is a high hardness, and the high silicon content in the actual crushing operations are difficult to broken, or broken the higher cost of materials. Therefore, our design of the crushing process, as far as possible the selection of the laminated principle of crushing equipment in order to reduce the wear parts for wear and tear. A typical laminated device configuration process configuration is two level jaw crusher broken or jaw broken and cone crusher. If the customer have high requirements on the final stone grain type, we can configure a back-breaking integer broken, thus forming a three-stage crushing process configuration. Three stage crushing will inevitably lead to higher investment costs of the project, but for the long-term operation of the stones factory, three stage crushing to reduce the production costs is very substantial.
