Basalt, diabase is a high hardness, and the high silicon content in the actual crushing operations are difficult to broken, or broken the higher cost of materials. Popular, the basalt and diabase are hard and tough materials, and high silicon content. Therefore, the basalt / diabase crushing process need a reasonable design , consider the investment cost of the broken project at the same time, we must consider the cost of production line.

The actual crushing operations, some customers of raw materials are limestone, broken jaw plate loss is very low, and the service life of a jaw plate up to one year is a very common phenomenon. This is because the limestone not only the hardness is low , but also low of silicon content , so that a low abrasive in the stone crusher wear parts .

When the raw material need to be broken is basalt / diabase , the loss of the shredder wear parts, such as jaw plate, the plate hammer, back plate is very high. The customer's cost of production is far greater than the production cost of the limestone. Therefore, our design of the crushing process, as far as possible the selection of the laminated principle of crushing equipment in order to reduce the wear parts for wear and tear. A typical laminated device configuration process configuration is two level jaw crusher broken or jaw broken and cone crusher. If the customer have high requirements on the final stone grain type, we can configure a back-breaking integer broken, thus forming a three-stage crushing process configuration. Three stage crushing will inevitably lead to higher investment costs of the project, but for the long-term operation of the stones factory, three stage crushing to reduce the production costs is very substantial.
