What did i learn from the employment module and how can I apply this in my professional career?
The imployment preparation is how you prepare your self on a job interview. writing a resume and cover letter is another way to introduce yourself to an employer. It is very important to dress properly to an interview.
Dressing for the interview because appearance is very important and whether we like it or not, it is the first thing people notice about us. You should match your dress to employes in the workplace in which you are interviewing and probably take it up a notch. for example dress in clean pressed business attire. Avoid bright colors. Try gray, navy blue, black, brown or tan. Be conservative, dress as thought you work in a bank.
Be familiar with the job for which you're being interviewed. Read the advertisement or job description to identify which personal attributes and behaviors are likely to be key success factors for the role. For Client interviews it is advised that you research the company's website and any external information about them from business directories etc. Researching Companies before you begin to think about how you will dress for the                                                                                                                             interview. you should do your homework. Gather as much information about the employer as you can. Not only will you appear informed and intelligent, it will also help you make a decision if a job offer is eventually made.
During the interview, you will be asked a series of standardized questions designed to get you to talk about how you handled or responded to certain situations in the past. With each answer, you'll be expected to describe situations from your past and your feelings and observations about them. The interviewer will use this information to assess your proficiency in one or more job-related areas, which may include anything from adaptability to leadership to problem...
