I love South Africa

South Africa. The country of hope and promises. The Rainbow Nation of various cultures and provinces. Live South Africa; make the world proud of your potential and abilities. Abilities: that has proven much to the world as hosts to the 2011 Soccer World Cup, and showed our true colours as a strong and united country.

I write to the Highveld thunder, Jacaranda’s decorated with flowers of elegance and the African Sun shining through the clouds of smoke caused by the united happiness. This is my country. Is it not? She shimmers like a diamond at the Soccer World Cup with thousands of warm smiles on the face of the field. I love her for her vibrant land masses and rich ecological spaces... People come together as one, united in fighting poverty, all sharing one common cause in helping the less fortunate.

A country rich in talent. Stretching from cultural phenomenon’s like the drama ‘Nothing but the truth’ to the unveiling of the new – perfectly engineered – Gautrain. And still we move forward as a third world country even though the world looks down upon us.



    to   with young adults on the verge of becoming part of the world out there. Climbing the corporate ladder and building a better tomorrow today. This is my home, my home indeed
