I am working as Accounts Officer with Spig Cooling Towers India Pvt. Ltd.,   An ISO 9001-2008 Company in the field   Manufacturing   Cooling Towers (PVC Therforming Sheets) product.


Job Responsibilities:

    ➢ Monthly VAT [Form 201, 201A, 201B, 201C] & CST [Form 3B, Purchase Details, Sales Details] E-return filing.
    ➢ Making Excise invoice, Maintain RG 23 A Part I & II, Maintain RG 23C Part I & II, Filling monthly Excise Return (ER-1)
    ➢ Work related to monthly TDS Payment & Quarterly return.
    ➢ E-payment of VAT,CST,Income tax & TDS.
    ➢ Filling Service Tax Return.
    ➢ Responsible for Debtors management
    ➢ Passing closing journals, Finalization of Accounts
    ➢ Work related to Trial Balance, Profit & Loss Account and Balance Sheet.
    ➢ Preparation of monthly MIS for outstanding receivables sent to Product Team for follow-up with the Principals.
    ➢ Purchase bills passing.
    ➢ Closely monitoring of Bank Reconciliations on Monthly basis.
    ➢ Smooth completion of Statutory & Internal Audits.
    ➢ Maintaining all business records as per ISO Procedure.
    ➢ Maintain routine account work like, maintaining cash voucher, sales register, purchase register, bank transactions, maintain bankbook, preparation of statement of sales and purchase, statement of sales tax paid,   Reconciliation of bank statement, maintain TDS ledger.
    ➢ Tally operator. (Tally 9.0)
      All data entry like sales invoice, purchase invoice, cash voucher, purchase voucher, journal voucher, payment & receipt, create reports for VAT & CST, TDS Tax entry, bank reconciliation, statement for bills...
