Aactive limestone production line process
Active limestone production line consists of vertical preheater, rotary kiln, three main host of vertical cooler and exhaust gas treatment system,consisting of pulverized coal preparation system.
Broken qualified limestone is stored in bins, and is brought into preheater upper hopper through the conveying system. The feeding amount of Preheater top hopper is controled by 2 up and down level gauges , and then limestone evenly distributed to the Interior of preheater through a feeding tube.
Limestone in the preheater kiln is heated high temperature smoke, and then is pushed into the rotary kiln by the hydraulic push rod, limestone in a rotary kiln calcined through high temperature, burnt active limestone enter vertical cooler, and is discharged after being cooled by cold air in the cooler. The preheated secondary air enters the kiln, the exhaust gas in kiln outlet is discharged through gas treatment system.
