Detective Turner interrogates Stephanie and tries to get the truth out of her about the double murder of a family - Turner thinks she is hiding something




        INTERROGATION ROOM - MORNING

        DETECTIVE TURNER LOOKS STRAIGHT INTO STEPHANIE'S EYES. BOTH QUIET. TURNER LOOKS IN THE FILE ABOUT THE CASE. TURNER STANDS UP AND PACES AROUND. STEPHANIE STANDS UP AND LOOKS AT THE GLASS.

                              TURNER
                    Who are you trying to protect. They are not worth it.

        Stephanie is silent.

                              TURNER



                    Do you think if the rolls were reversed they would give you up in a minute.

        Stephanie still silent.






                              Turner
                    Fine if you don't want to talk. As of now you are going down for the double murder of that family.

        Stephanie looks up at him but still no words come out.






                              Turner
                    That's right. One of being a 5 year old little boy. Do you know what they do to little kid murdered in prison?






        Stephanie started to speak. She finally does.

                              STEPHANIE
                    (quietly)

        He said he did not do it when I talked to him.

                              TURNER
                    What, I did not hear you.




                              Stephanie
                    (louder)

        He said he did not kill those people.




                              TUNER
                    No he did it. They are going through all the video surveillance right now.

        Stephanie is surprised.

                              STEPHANIE
                    There were videos?




                              Turner
                    Yes there is.




                              Stephanie
                    Then why...
