Sudden increase in prices of raw materials such as steel alters the overall price of the component which should be informed to the reporting person prior taking an action.

  * To order quantity in bulk.
When there is a sudden   demand for a product and the supply of the component is less, bulk orders have to be placed to the suppliers to meet the sudden demand which in turn   needs prior permission of the reporting person....
