Limestone rod mill is mainly made up by several parts of the main body part for examining, repairing and changing liner; the feeding part for feeding; the discharging part for discharging proper product; main bearing part and driving part. Limestone rod mill can be widely used in the processing of quartz sand, dolomite and monazite, ore-dressing of non-ferrous metals, ferrous metals and non-metal, the first-stage ore milling of artificial stone sand, dressing plant, chemical plant and power sector, as well as the grinding of the chemical industry, building materials and other materials. Limestone rod mill is a kind of grinding equipment can continuously work 24 hours per day.

The motor of limestone rod mill drives the cylinder to rotate through speed reducer, and the crushed ore and steel bars in cylinder will be elevated to a certain height by liner through the force of centrifugal and friction when the cylinder is rotating, and then rain down to crush the ore material through gravity. The crushed products will be discharged through the discharging part. The feeder feeds continuously and evenly, and the ore will be fed into the limestone rod mill continuously and evenly by the joint feeder, finally, the crushed products will be discharged continuously from the limestone rod mill.
