Education is a process of changing a person into good conducted and enlightened human
Being. Education is the foundation of a nation and a teacher is a real sculptor or the mason. A teacher that frames the future of the nation must be skilled and well – versed in his field.
The privatisation in school education has been very much prevalent all over the country since long time, but the privatisation in higher education too did exist in a very limited way. There is no hesitation in admitting that the state and the Central Government were finding difficulties in providing adequate funds for the higher and professional education and in opening new professional collages to meet the growing demands of the increasing member of aspirant boys and girls. The only alternative available before the government was to allow the entry of private, trusts corporate houses and individuals to set up ‘Self Financing’ institutions to provide education as also qualified man power. Self Financing means the state of freedom and independence in the matter of administrations and establishment of the collage. On the other hand, aided collage cannot run without any aid from the government. In fact, the single the most powerful factor which demarcates a line between both types of collages is the extent of antonomy.
                  Now days a self financed collages are the most dynamic and fastest growing segments of the education at the turn of the 21st century.
                  Finally at the end we should know the real meaning of education which means, an education should free from the shackles of ignorance prejudice and founded belief. The process of education is the slow conquering of the darkness. To lead us from darkness to light, to free us from every kind of domination except that of reason is the aim of education. This shows that the governmental domination of the educational process must be resisted.
