Team Member and Responsibility:
Jane Doe
Researching the demographics of the Middle East using the Web and FIU Library. She has just begun the search and reports that she has found several interesting Web sites and has not had a chance to check in at the Library site,
John Smith
Looking into the graphics we can utilize to present our project. He will be designing some himself and searching the Web, Library, and commercial resources. He has found several commercial programs that offer some of what we can use and will make a presentation as to the costs and if we really want to exercise that option. He also has found some material on the Web but it is looking on the weak side.

Summary of Overall Team Communications:
Our group has had some difficulty communicating. Jane and John have a need to work closer but due to their conflicting schedules appear to be taking too much time between messages. I suggest that they approach this by not trying to physically meet and to use the WebCT Discussion Forum set-up for the group. The rest of the group is doing ok and I am a little concerned that Karen is falling behind in her tasks. I will suggest to the group that we approach her to see how we can help.
Overall Team Progress:
I am not totally satisfied with our progress to date. We need to somehow get ourselves more motivated and coherent as a group. I will post my concerns to the group in the WebCT Group Discussion Forum to see if anyone has any ideas. If I continue to feel we are not resolving this issue, I will so state in the Discussion...
