Water is Beauty
The body human is remarkable piece of work. There are many factors that contribute to the form and function of the human body. Thinking of how the body is made and how we are able to live. What comes to mind is “Water.”   Water is important to the body form and function. It contributes to it all. Water is just like the oil‘s function in a car. Oils function in a car:   Oil is used for lubrication of many internal combustion engines. The main function is to lubricate moving parts; it also cleans, inhibits corrosion, improves sealing, and cools the engine by carrying heat away from moving parts. Oil is quiet main function of the car just like water is to our bodies. The need for water is essential to the health and proper functioning of your body. Drinking water can be beneficial to the skin and make he/or she look younger.   The average amount of water that we are supposed to consume on daily basis is approximately 8-ounces. The human body is 60 percent water and that includes the skin as well. Every single system of the body is affected by water. Water carries nutrients to the cells and flushes toxins out of the body (Popkin, Barry. “American Journal of Public Health: Water is Life”). Water just not a healthy life style and help the internal life of people live but also a healthy for the external (skin). Look younger and be healthy.  
The importance of water in the brain is like the importance of oil in an automobile. Water can increase your cognitive function. The brain needs a lot of oxygen in order to function at optimum levels. It ensures that the brain gets all the oxygen it needs. Drinking eight to ten cups of water per day can improve the brains levels of cognitive performance by as much as 30%, plenty of water also supports nerve function. It ensures that the body's electrolyte levels remain high enough to allow the nerves to relay messages to and from the brain in the way they were meant to (DWRF (Drinking Water Research Foundation).The...
