This article gives a very good outlook on what is human capital and how does it affects ones financial capital allocation? One has to understand the importance of human capital not just from an organization point of view but also from an investment point of view. Once I understood that human capital is an important investment for an organization it helped me relate its importance to the competitive advantage it brings to an organization. I’m using this relationship and its importance in my final research project.

This article was revised according to the 6th edition, second printing of the APA manual and offers examples for the general format of APA research papers, in-text citations, endnote/footnotes, and the reference page.   I’m using the APA citation format in my final research document as per the university written assignment requirement. This article helped in understand the general APA citation format correctly and apply it accordingly in my final research document.
