They result in high death rates and have the potential for major public health impact and they might cause public panic and social disruption.

In 2001, some letters with infectious anthrax were sent to some US media and government offices, killed several people. Anthrax is caused by bacterial Bacillus anthracis. These are the different ways that people got infected.

These bacteria can be found naturally in soil, which would infected domestic or wild animals. People may be infected by inhaling spores of the bacteria, through open wound or eating raw or undercooked meat that are contaminated.

The symptoms of anthrax depend on the type of infection and can take anywhere from 1 day to more than 2 months to appear. All types of anthrax have the potential, if untreated, to spread throughout the body and cause severe illness or even death.
The symptoms include a group of small itchy blisters, painless swelling, skin sore with a black center that appears after the small blisters. When the spores reach the lung or digestive system, patient may suffer from chest discomfort, shortness of breath, vomiting and headache etc.

When the spores got into the lungs, deadly toxin will be produced and got into the lymph system. Or even the liver and heart, the patient will die as the failures of liver and heart.

The second category A disease is Botulium, which is caused by a bacterial called Clostridium botulinum. They produced one of the deadest toxin in the world.
Some forms of this toxin will be used in cosmetic application, and this is what we called Botox.
