4. Describe how representative bodies can support employees.
Help and support in the workplace can be received through representative bodies such as: trade unions and non-trade unions. In the UK, this is equally distributed between them.
These two bodies can help with such issues as health and safety at the workplace, pensions, collective redundancy or even the workforce agreement. The only exception is, that non-trade union representatives can't provide help to employees with union learning and collective bargaining issues.
